Q: How do I sign up? 

A: Whenever you visit either Scaffidi's Restaurant and Tavern or place an order online with us, you will be prompted upon checking out if you wish to join! Simply provide us with your phone number (only for us, of course), and you will be enrolled. Alternatively, you can use the link above to register before your visit.

Q: How do I earn points?

A: Simply enjoy a visit or a carryout meal with us!. Just make sure that at the end of your check-out process, you either sign up with your phone number or enter the phone number you're already enrolled with so we can add the points to your account. 

 

Q: How do I redeem my rewards?

A: If ordering online, please be sure to use the phone number or e-mail tied to your rewards account. Your rewards will automatically appear, and you can select which to use for that order. If you are visiting Scaffidi's Restaurant and Tavern in person, please inform the staff member working with you BEFORE completing your check-out that you may have a reward, and they can search for you by your phone number!

Q: What do I get? 

A: Different rewards will be available at different times throughout the year. When your account becomes eligible for a reward we are offering at that time, you will receive a message indicating so. This can range from our simple points-based system to special offers available only to our Loyalty-Enrolled Customers!

Q: What's the fine print? 

A: Nonna Rewards does not apply to any transactions with Scaffidi's Catering, Scaffidi's @ Home, or Scaffidi's Wings on Wheels. Any transaction made through a third-party service (e.g., DoorDash) will not count toward your rewards, either. The purchase of Gift Cards does not apply to your rewards balance, and rewards cannot be used to purchase Gift Cards either.
